AnyAttach – Attach Any File to E-Mail in ipad
Apple Does not allows to attach any file other than video and Photos from the Photo Library,if you want to attach any other files to mail on ipad than you can do this task, but with the AnyAttach apps you can attach all the files to mail on ipad it self.

When you install AnyAttach apps from Cydia than there is no extra button is added to Home Screen you can access it’s Settings from Setting app. and it is Accessible via the paper Clip button that will added to Subject bar in the mail Compose Window.
